Honey Mustard Glazed Ribs Recipe
Honey mustard glazed ribs are a great choice when you’re in the mood for something sweet with a little zing. Try this recipe and see what you think, you’ll need… - 1 rack pork ribs or baby back ribs
The Rub - 2 tbls Sweet paprika
- 2 tbls Brown sugar
- 2 tbls Johnny’s seasoning salt
- 1 tbls Garlic powder
- 1 tbls Onion powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
Mix all spices together until thoroughly combined. The Ribs Remove the membrane from the back side of the ribs then apply an even coating of the rub on both sides of the ribs They’re now ready for the smoker. Honey Mustard glaze - ¼ Cup honey
- 2 tbls Spicy brown mustard
- 1 tbls Grapefruit juice
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- ¼ tsp White pepper
In a sauce pan, warm the glaze ingredients over low heat until thoroughly combined The Smoker Heat the smoker up to 250 degrees then place the ribs in the center of the smoke chamber. Smoke the them for 4 to 5 hours adding wood chips several times during the smoking process. Thirty minutes before they’re done, apply an even coating of glaze on them. Now enjoy some great ribs! Turn up the heat and lets get smoky!
